Fr. Michael currently serves as the Director of Vocations for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. In this role, he recruits and evaluates candidates for seminary formation, promotes vocations throughout the archdiocese, and assists the college and major seminarians currently in formation. Fr. Michael grew up on the West Side of Cincinnati with seven other siblings (including the founder of Holy Ventures, Rachael Willig). His brother, Fr. Jacob Willig, is also a priest in the archdiocese. In addition to serving the archdiocese, Fr. Michael enjoys spending time with family (especially his 24 nieces and nephews), sports, and the outdoors. He is a world traveler and enjoys learning about and experiencing different cultures. Be sure to ask him about celebrating Mass in South Korea or black bear hunting in Canada!

Meet the Founder...

Rachael Willig

Rachel Willig, the founder of Holy Ventures, is a Cincinnati, Ohio–based entrepreneur whose life is rooted in the Catholic faith, community, and service to others. Growing up as one of eight siblings, she developed a deep appreciation for togetherness, generosity, and the beauty of shared life. These values continue to shape both her work and her approach to engaging with others.

Her Background

Rachael is deeply devoted to her Catholic faith, which is at the very center of her mission. As an avid world traveler, she lived in France, Spain, and Italy while training as a chef, an experience that deepened her love for culture, service, and human connection. Later she opened a personal chef company that now operates in multiple cities. Her company strives to serve families with the same values with which she grew up. As a young professional herself, Rachael recognized a lack of opportunities for Catholic young adults to serve, pilgrimage, and adventure together. Feeling that God was calling her to respond, she founded Holy Ventures.

Meet the Marketing Director...

Anna Pritchard

Anna Pritchard serves as the Marketing Director of Holy Ventures, where she brings creativity, intentionality, and a passion for evangelization to her work. Rooted in her Catholic faith, Anna is dedicated to communicating the beauty and truth of the Church through thoughtful and compelling marketing. With a background in organizational leadership, medical sales and marketing, she seeks to build authentic connections, helping others encounter community, purpose, and belonging through the mission of Holy Ventures. Her approach is shaped by a desire to serve with excellence, foster meaningful relationships, and reflect the joy of a life lived in faith. She works a part-time campus ministry position for Miami University Catholic Redhawks Campus Ministry and has led discipleship and bible studies through FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students).

Meet the Outreach Director...

Emma Halloran

Emma Halloran, the Director of Outreach and Engagement for Holy Ventures, is thrilled to combine her love for travel with her passion for sharing the Gospel. Originally from Northern California, Emma moved to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University, studying musical theatre and marketing. During college, she grew deeply in her faith, which led her to get involved in campus ministry, serve as a Catholic missionary during the summer, and participate in mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Peru. In the fall of 2025, Emma studied abroad in Verona, Italy, where she encountered different languages, cultures, and people in a new and exciting way. Along with her work at Holy Ventures, Emma works at a family of parishes on the west side of Cincinnati. She hopes to help young adults embrace mission and become Christ’s hands and feet on Earth.
